One of my favorite movie series is The Lord of the Rings.  The imagination used in this movie is incredible. Have you seen it?

My favorite character is Arwen and this post was inspired by her cloak.

It looks great over a long flowy green dress.  It's the same dress I wore on my previous post here.

How fun would it be to live in that magical world that Tolkien created:)

  10. I absolutely love fantasy and sci-fi, so I'm totally with you on being enamored by Tolkien's world! I think the wood elves are such interesting characters- and it makes sense by the cloak why you would be inspired by them. They're all about beauty in the natural world. I love how you rock it!

  28. This coat is divine! The maxi dress you wore with it looks beautiful too. This Arwen inspired look is simply dreamy.

I love LOTR series! I've been a fan of the Tolkien since I was a kid. The movies were a bit of a disappointment for me, but their aesthetic was right on! I loved how they visually recreated the Tolkien's world down to the tiny details ...the set, the costumes, the cast and the actors were wonderful.
