Hello! How is your week going? Have you ever worn Spanx? I've wanted to talk with you about these faux leather leggings from Spanx for quite some time because I love them so much! Spanx were created by entrepreneur Sara Blakely. I saw her in an interview once and have been a fan ever since. She's a truly inspirational woman (as you can see here, she even includes an inspirational tag on her leggings). Recently, I found out about her faux leather leggings and immediately began searching for these ultimate leggings. When I tried them on, they were everything I was hoping for and more. I think the reason why I love these leggings so much is because it has this amazing faux leather fabric that smooths out the lumps and bumps and the shaping waistband is built in. Nice! The material on these particular leggings are even thick enough to wear as pants, but thin enough to wear under anything. I loved them so much that I purchased them in both black and wine for the winter season. It's always nice when clothes work with your body.
What do you think about wearing leggings with shaping capabilities?
Last year, I was wishing for a blue velvet coat and then shortly after that, I found this embroidered blue velvet coat from Nanette Lepore. It is so pretty and I love the puffy bell sleeve details. This embroidery is so delicate and goes perfectly with these highly embellished beaded suede boots from Donald J. Pliner. Statement sleeve details are also a huge trend right now.
What is your favorite kind of statement sleeve?
Hope you have a Wonderful Week!
