Recently, I had the opportunity to visit the Lyon Air Museum in Santa Ana, California (Orange County). This museum was established by Major General William Lyon, and here you will be able to see authentic aircrafts, rare vehicles, and related memorabilia from the 20th century World War II era. The mission of this world-class venue is to provide inspirational stories from aviation history. These historical events are clearly depicted through educational exhibits, authentic historical aircraft and related memorabilia.
Are you a teacher? Consider planning a fantastic group tour for your class! On your visit, listen to volunteer docents share real stories from the World War II time period and see these amazing aircrafts up close in person.
