Shades of Grey
I thought it would be fun to take this look quite literally on this post. It's a monochromatic silver gray look that I thought would look cool against my claret colored velvet French settee. I am in love with this headband by Natasha right now. It's a throwback to the 1920's Great Gatsby era. This jacket was a piece I found in a boutique years ago. When my girlfriends saw it, they loved it so much that they both asked me to pick one up for each of them! Haha...then we all wore it out one night for a girls night out. That was funny :) Have you and your girlfriends ever all dressed the same for a girls night out? What was the outfit and the occasion?
Have you seen the movie yet?
Hope you have a Grey Day :)

DeleteGreat outfit! Your hair is so beautiful and I love the couch. So beautiful :) I did read the books but I haven't seen the movie yet. I want to but I know it hasn't been getting the best reviews. Oh well at least the soundtrack is really good!

Thank you! I have a great hair guy. His name is Francisco Estrada and I have been going to him for 10 years. He's amazing! I picked this couch up at an auction a few years ago and have been in love ever since.

Thank you Elizabeth! I wish I could say I did my own hair, but it I have so much hair that it is daunting to do myself. I do have great hair products I can share with you though. I will do a post on it just for you:)

DeleteHey! That's a good thing! I wish I had thick, luscious hair like you. But unfortunately I don't have the best hair genes:P.

Thank you Elizabeth. I think your hair looks great! Okay, I'll put it up soon :)
DeleteAnother great look! Love he headband, boots, and that jacket! Wow. On the book/movie. I've read the book many times and have seen the movie twice. Personally, I liked the movie. There are some things I woukd have changed, but for the most part I was a happy fan.
ReplyDeleteThanks Amanda! It seems the take on it is about 50/50 lol. I do like how it has inspired fashion bloggers to dress in the "gray theme". It's interesting to see all the different looks.
ReplyDeleteLove the grey!
ReplyDeleteThank You Vivianne!
